Shipping Policy

At Blexxo, we’re committed to delivering your fashion picks as quickly and smoothly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping rates, delivery times, and more.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing does not include weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods (sales, launches), processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

2. Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship to every location in Nigeria and some selected international destinations.

Shipping options available at checkout may include:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days)

  • International Shipping (7–14 business days)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order value. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor delivery progress.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect movement after dispatch.

4. Delivery Delays

While we work with reliable carriers, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

  • Peak shopping seasons

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services but will support you in resolving issues when they arise.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for International Orders)

International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes, depending on your country’s laws. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We’ll do our best to investigate and resolve the issue, which may include a reshipment or refund where applicable.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once your order is processed. Orders with incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned to sender at your cost.
